This is an important meeting. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other. This first meeting is a fee-free no-obligation meeting. Ideally, this meeting will be face-to-face, however, if required it can be done over Zoom. This is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your wedding day. Plans you already have, and things you may not have thought about.

There’ll also be a questionnaire about your relationship. This is what I’ll use to write your ceremony.

This is your chance to pick my brain too. I’ve got a lot of creativity rolling around in there!

Taking what I know about you and your story, I’ll write a draft copy of your ceremony. Then we’ll get together for a second meeting.

Here I’ll read you your ceremony. Once I’ve read it to you, I’ll email it so you can go over it together. We can make any edits required.

This is a really important part of your planning. The rehearsal ideally involves the celebrant, the couple, the wedding party, the photographer and the venue.

This is our chance to practice. To make sure everyone knows what they’re doing and when. And most importantly, to make sure you are comfortable and stress-free ahead of the big day!

It’s finally here!

I’ll be at your venue 45 minutes before your ceremony begins. I will liaise with your other vendors to ensure everything is going to plan.

I’ll welcome and greet your guests as they arrive.

Most importantly I’ll lead you through your ceremony and get you married!

Probably the second most important part of the whole process, I’ll lodge your paperwork with Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM) to register your marriage.

I’ll present you with your copy of the signed marriage license too.
